Fee for Service
My rate is $215 per session.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
I am an in-network provider for:
• Aetna
• Cigna
If you plan on using one of the above health insurance companies for payment check with your plan – or me – to make sure I am in-network for your specific plan. You should also ask about a deductible and/or copay.
For all other plans I am out-of-network. Please contact me with questions regarding fees and payment.
Payment
I accept cash, checks and credit cards. Credit cards are processed by Square.
